[OSList] powerful questions

I think that powerful questions are usually 'short' and invite invite/enable 'future possibility' (as opposed to problem solving). 

Ask the question and then shut up (rather than getting nervous and trying to rephrase the question when we get confronted with silence). We have be patient and wait.
