Hey Ron,

Using OST to improve results with Agile? Heresy I say!


Regarding success stories for Fast-Agile, just give it a little time.

Between now and then, realize that the use of Open Space Technology in 
Agile programs creates a curious, even alarming effect:

It tends to /greatly/ reduce the coaching days required. Something about 
self-management...



Now, "greatly reducing the coaching days" might be a real problem for 
some folks.

I notice that some folks have built multi-million-dollar Agile 
consulting firms on the premise that large orgs and teams want (and 
presumably "need") to "be told" what they "should" do.

In other words, to be directed and controlled-- to be /managed/-- by an 
external authority figure.
