[OSList] OS Opportunity in Nairobi

A Taiwan colleague is facilitating a program in Nairobi 21-23 November and
wants to incorporate an OS event in it.  Since he wants to participate in
the program himself, he's looking for someone else to lead the OS portion.
Do you know of anyone he might contact locally or is anyone here interested?
