[OSList] Open Space for my own team

dear aga,

i agree with paul. there are moments and contexts where it might work and
actually work well. but it requires some prerequisites, like e.g. that
there are some ppl in the group who have OST experience and will hold the
space together with you. doing it all by yourself is a lonely place, i
know, i've tested it :)

what i hear in your message is that you do not necessarily want to
facilitate the event, but due to a lack of resources assume you will not be
able to find anybody who would. here i would say - just ask. maybe there is
someone out there :) i mean, there are ppl who are searching for
opportunities to practice OST and would be delighted to support you in your
journey. even though the FB OST PL group just started and is only 28 pax,
you might still give it a try. (

also, i just posted a blog post sharing a bit of a similar experience:

have a great day everybody,

karolina.
