[OSList] Pain and Anger

Dear Bronwyn,

feeling unsupported, not recognized and not listened to it is perhaps
not "cynical" of potential participants to expect little from "yet
another talkfest". Sounds rather pretty realistic to me.

In case it is possible for them to plan their event themselves, issue an
open invitation to all they think should be there, sit in a circle,
announce their issues, have a marketplace and go to work, there will
definitely be a bunch of surprises... and plenty of actions initiated
and carried out by themselves.

Is 5,5 hours with talking/listening circles and traditional os mixed in
the right medicine?

From my experience, I would not count on it.

I would tell them what they might expect from 5.5 hours, partially in
os, coming from the mindset you describe.

Probably another talkfest, reinforcing their depression.

Greetings from a sunny Sunday afternoon in Berlin
