[OSList] Something else I have noticed

Dear Tania,

*In answer to your questions*:

Just wondering in the wave riding of OS principles, how you all very
capable and wise people live out the principles in your daily lives?

How these principles impact you in your daily lives, daily
decisions/thoughts/actions?

*First thing *I realized with Open Space is recognizing the very capable
and wise person that I already am. Funny that I've always believed to the
core...in the wisdom of everybody else and I mean everybody but I was much
tougher on myself. Now I just smile knowing that I'm perfectly capable and
wise enough. With this new wisdom, I can now choose the things that I am
totally passionate about and pursue wisdom and collaboration in those
areas.

*Second, *is an awareness of "letting go" and "one less thing to do". This
I will continue to live into for the rest of my life. I was living in a
speed race in the past, doing the opposite of those two things. Now I let
go doing the things I have no passion for. I don't need to impress or
please others. For me, it has meant "tons less to do". And best of all, it
has opened up tons of space for what I am truly passionate about doing.
I'll admit that I'm still doing way too much but it's just because now I've
given myself permission to do what I truly love and when you love the stuff
that you do, even the hard parts, you just don't want to stop.

*Third*, the principles and the law created a quiet awareness inside of me
that I marvel and rejoice in every day. So simple and yet so vast like
life. It opened my heart also which led to many new people coming into my
life. By letting go, so much seems to come to us naturally.

*Fourth, *and then Tania while I feel giddy and grateful about all of the
above, there are moments and days, where I still struggle and feel confused
about things. The big difference is that I also see beauty in that in a
"whatever happens happens" kind of way.

Thank you for asking the questions because I enjoyed the journey inside of
me of answering them. It gives me joy, courage and purpose in the work that
I am doing with others.

Suzanne
