[OSList] My first OS as a facilitator

Stefano, Yes I misunderstood and also thought you were the CEO. I would be
the first to jump right in to facilitate with this latest clarification. I
can hear and feel your passion for Open Space. Do not at all doubt yourself
because you are facilitating from the inside even though this is your first
time. I remember my first times thinking "oops I forgot this or darn I
should have said this, this way" and you know it did not make one bit of
difference. I quickly became invisible as people did what they do, going to
sessions that they cared deeply about. In fact I even think that those
butterflies in my stomach were good and my inexperience was an advantage.

At the same time I also think it's a wonderful idea to connect with Gerardo
if only to have someone close to bounce off thoughts, ideas and questions.

My perspective on the bit that I know from your emails.

Suzanne
