[OSList] report back from action teams, before an OST

I like Tova's suggestion. Not sure whether it is what you need, but it
inspires thinking about different options!

One thing to consider: if you break it into groups, all sharing at once,
but multiple times until everyone has heard, you can actually do it and
share with everyone in (virtually) the same time... But in a small group
setting where people can get a personal response, and be heard.
There are a few different ways to achieve it - e.g. one person from each
group has a 'booth' and they give the 1 minute talk 10 times, with
listeners rotating between each. (Of course, in this format the speakers
don't get to hear!)

It depends what feel you want from it. If it is about getting information
efficiently then this last method works well (especially with hand-outs or
pre-sent info). But if you want to generate a sense of group cohesion then
you need a whole-group process.

My preference with whole-group processes is always to do it 'popcorn'
style, and let people share whatever they think needs to be shared (which
may or may not the The Official Party Line of their action group), in the
round. I don't think 100 people is too many to squish into informal
circles.
