[OSList] OS with nap

Dear wisdom on the OS-list,
I am sitting in Hanoi, Viet Nam and planning an OS for next week for 
students at the university. Thinking about the earlier discussion about 
napping... Napping here during lunchtime is common. 

08:00 welcome and registration
08:30 Opening session (including three short speeches connected to the 
theme)
09:00 Introduction OS, Market place
10:00 Session 1 (incl tea break)
11:30 Lunch (incl napping - or should it be longer?)
13:00 Session 2
14:45 Session 3
15:00 Tea break
15:15 Session 4 or evaluation (with medicine wheel)
Closing circle
(Short about method if any question)
17:00 Photo session 
17:15 Home

It will be around 40 people, (student 30 and teatchers 10)
