[OSList] report short fulbright

Hi Alan,
well, one of the OR reasons that would make me go to a 2hr os event (or 
shorter) is to meet you or any of the many folks on this list I never 
met, regardless of the Theme!
Also, it is silly of me to label myself "experienced os-worker".
