[OSList] Client Endorsement

Seems to me that the real change there is that USAID has, as many other
similar orgaisations in other countries, supported and funded OST events
for "others" (such as for a project we were involved in in Ukraine
supporting civil society projects many years ago) and that now they are
using it for themselves. Of course, this could be a breakthrough.
When one of my German clients starting using OST in their own
organisation for all kinds of things it spread throughout their system
and associated systems throughout Europe. There is a brief account of
this process available as an ebook (presently presented in three
languages in that ebook, shortly available in 6 languages... including a
Chinese version produced by Hulu that some of you met at the WOSonOS in
Florida).
Are we going mainstream?

Greetings from Berlin
