You said you don't want people shouting at each other, but I'd still like
to suggest Processwork. As Harrison has pointed out in a different thread, the
wonderful thing about self organization in a fractal world is that it is
all holographic. Even the smallest "piece" replicates the largest (piece)" and
Processwork takes full advantage of that physics. As a matter of fact, the
whole approach was developed by a physicist who became a student of Karl
Jung, and it has become well-known for use in large-scale confrontations of
500 and up, including warring gangs in Los Angeles. You can learn a little
