Dear Harrison,

My deepest thanks for sharing this valuable endorsement.
Unfortunately, USAID is no longer operating in Bolivia due a political
decision by Pres. Evo Morales. On one hand we definetely have
promising winds of change; on the other, I remembered a dramatic
Plato's quote:

"We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real
tragedy of life is when men are afraid of the light."
