[OSList] Opening Space in our thinking - The WORK weekend in Seattle October 5/6

Hello fellow Open Space practitioners,

I have had some great conversations here on the list about personal
practices that can support us as OS facilitators in our own presence, and
working with deeply holding the principles of Open Space - in life and as
we facilitate OS gatherings.

What helps us when we ARE attached to outcome? or not OK with who shows up
or doesn't... or are challenged to hold good space with clients that are
afraid or reactive?

The practice of The Work - a way of working with our thinking and beliefs
where we get triggered and stuck - is my GO TO practice for really living
Open Space in myself.

I have been invited to Seattle to offer a weekend workshop in The Work
October 5th and 6th.  Info is below if you would like to join us.  The

   Reconnect with your wisdom, creativity, and ability to connect with a
   diversity of people and circumstances.  From this place wise, clear and

This is a non-residential two day retreat, taking place in a beautiful,
private home inSeattle, WA.

*Times:* Saturday 9am to 5pm; Sunday 9am to 4:30pm.

*Tuition:* Early Bird $260 (registered and paid by September 13th)

*Caitlin Frost* is a Certified Facilitator of the Work and trainer in the
Institute for the Work and Steward in the Art of Hosting International
Community of Practice. She works globally as a coach, facilitator and
workshop leader, supporting individuals and groups who want to open space
for more freedom and possibility in their lives and work. She has had a
deep practice in the Work for more than 12 years, and continues to be
amazed at the power of this inquiry process for learning, transformation,
healing and change – in both personal and professional life. Caitlin lives
on Bowen Island, BC with her family, and is a partner in Harvest Moon
Consultants.
