I really appreciate the all of this as well, but especially the bit about
it being a violation of principles and practices of management - it made me
smile :) This is a great video - shared it on my Facebook as well, and lit
a candle on my desk in honor of the stories :)
Some of my favorite moments have come from experiences in Open Space - it
truly frees us. Thanks for spreading the light!
