[OSList] Anyone from Estonia here?

I was mentioning CityCamp and unconference/ost formats at an event here

Folks were not familiar and figured the format would be very culturally
uncomfortable.  As I first heard about OST in Denmark a decade+ ago, I
figure there might be Baltic folks here I simply need to connect to my
hosts.

Suggestions?
