greetings, skye ...

it remains to be seen how SELF will use OS in its ongoing organizational
strengthening. they are aiming to be a training hub of TC in
asia. i myself am curious how they would include OST in this field of
engagement.

i like your coining of knowing ... living-knowing. it's akin to 'cognition'
in living systems, a framework i chose as a foundation for my integral
organization development, a.k.a. pi_OD.

opening/ holding/ spiraling circles and spaces ... are how i do my work.
and, i consider one's self as the first/ core organization. as a living
system ... as autopoietic, cocreative, coevolutionary, thus cogenerative of
bigger and more complex fractals of living systems in relationality.

i emerged from corporate and academic work, as well as local and global
social movements that addressed inequality and experienced the chaos of
organizations and institutions. i went through a personal and academic
journey from critique to creation, from conflict to communication and now
offer learning sessions and journey work in integral organization
development, a.k.a. pi_OD.

i came to OST because i wanted to deepen my work in peace post my
experience of flooding and the massacre south of the philippines. i googled
and saw HO's work in peace, asked llsa heft if i could attend her training
in sfo in dec 2009, and have since integrated the OST principles in my
pi_OD work, as simply and and sans frills as i can and can be had.

i found it enlivened the work we did with farmers, whose time availability
were two evenings, after field work and in a tent in front of their
association leader's home.

my ongoing and longest work has been at self, families, organization,
and social
transformation that is strengths based.

more, in terms of recovery work, i have a small group of 'rebounding'
individuals who are into studying the cocreative and potent self and toward
designing a new program of education/advocacy and of relapse prevention
that is cognizant of but not tied to the past, is beyond the disease model,
and is promotive of regular life. they are excited about learning with a
living systems orientation. i too am excited ...

thank you for asking, i now will look to being inspired by your work in
autognomics.
