Hey Barry...

INteresting that you THINK there is a lot of bureaucracy to undo before
proceeding.  Of course that may alos be true, but I note that it didn't
seem to stop your competitors from offering something that completely
finished you guys off.

This is the time for the two feet, no?  The purest moment for
entrepreneurship, passion and responsibility...

I'm helping lots of organizations die these days - many of them are
Churches.  But the demise of the struture does always mean the demise of
the need.  When need, passion and responsibility becomes detached from
structure, something new can flow.
