[OSList] Highly Controversial Group

Dear Cecilia,

I'm wondering about the questions:
*"- How bring tranquility to our schools? facing anxiety and discomfort
that generates any change*
*- What are the best ways to bring quietness to our schools?"*
*
*
In a conflictual situation this can be interpreted as "how do we shut you
down and get you back to work?", and if I'm a teacher that feel that there
are important issues at stake, I would be even more furious. The point of
education is surely not to have quietness, or gaining tranquility? I'm
wondering if the questions shouldn't be framed differently and if you still
have a say in how they're framed.

It might be better to be brave and speak to the situation, admitting there
is a conflictual situation and that the purpose of the meeting is to find a
way forward.

Just a thought.

Best wishes,

Marie Ann
