Hello Anna Carolina!

I can recommend the work of Joseph A. Raelin. One interesting book with good examples is: Creating Leaderful organizations. How to brig out leadership in everyone.
I´ve been working a bit with Realins approach, and his word " leaderful". It suggest that shared leadership bring out more leadership, not less, as many will suppose ( leaderless)
Open Space is a key for me to understand how this can actually work.
