Heidy-ho there again Harrison and all!

I think I am the one that is confused! Or confusing at least...

I mean a few things when I question whether or not the organization is
"ready" - and I really believe it is the leaders that MAY be less "ready"
than the rest.

1) I have a high degree of uncertainty that they will agree to the use of
OST
2) There is some chance that they may butt in during the process and try to
"take over"/sway the direction, etc.
3) There is also a good chance that they will not have the resources to
follow through, but that could be an issue with any approach or
meeting.....but they may feel more disappointed as if it were the OST set
up that contributed to this...at least if it looks like we're "getting
things done", that can at least be checked off as a completed to-do and
progress

...I am speculating largely on the last pt and may be totally off!!.....now
I just have to get them responding and saying more than, "yes, we would
like to benefit from being exposed to some new approaches......"

That all being said, thank you for the examples of "hands on" during OST
and some tips for supporting this - these insights were truly very helpful
to my mind!
