[OSList] Theological Connections in Open Space

I´ve read this article twice. It´s exactly what Ive been looking for.  I´ve learnt a lot, and it really make sense.

I looked for more on the internet, and I discoverd a Michael Wood from Nebraska Christian College, also writing very interesting about shared leadership. Is this only a coinsidence, ( same name) or are you also working in the USA?
