I love the ritualising of story and personal/collective mythology...thanks for refreshing memory Tova
When I've used a similar process, we occasionally have a bit of a 'wake' to finish off the storytelling session....what people need to let go might be written down on a piece of paper, collected and burned in a ritual of letting go - maybe even the ashes buried and a tree planted...using the fertility of our collective experiences and wisdom to prepare that 'rich nutrient environment' for opening the space into our future together....
I also invite discernment around holding on to what you're not yet ready to let go - and bring that also into the new space that's opening now
