I have two technology questions to ask about videos:

1.
What are the recommended web-video platforms for viewers in Germany,
web-video platforms that are still free from this censorship imposed
by GEMA?

2.
Dose anyone know of a nice software or web-service where I can easily
or automatically have the shakes from the hand held video removed?
