From what you've said, it sounds as if they want to do Open Space but are not ready to give up control long enough to do it and/or perhaps dedicate the time necessary to include key stakeholders. Hi Linda, That is a very good (and to be honest a bit of an awkward one to answer), but yes for the moment they are not invited. I see (or better i feel) exactly what you mean with your question, it showes me that this is something I should discuss with the sponsor. Thank you for this insight jeroen
