[OSList] Open space between industrial company and community ?

Hello, 

I would like to know whether anyone has already facilitated an OS hosted or co-hosted by an industrial company and its neighboring community to address environmental and social issues caused by industrial activities ? In this case, I would be very interested in knowing more about some questions like composition of the organization committee, dealing with polarities and so on.
