Eleder – Great to hear from you! My experience: 1 ½ Days is just like 2 ½
Days with one less day. In short, the last ½ day is a great time for opening
the space again for action – steps to be taken, projects to start, etc.
Should be fun!

Hi, how are you, friends?


The last weekend of April we'll be celebrating SOLOAN BARRIKETAN (meaning,
Chatting on the garden), 1 days Open Space about the EARTH: how could we
live more in touch with it? How could we enhance and improve community

My two main concerns now are as follow:


How would you manage 1'5 days? So far I've facilitated 2'5 days OS, 1 day
OS, half a day OS,... even 90' Open Express :-)! But never 1'5 days. My
doubt is with the second and last morning, on Sunday 29. More space for
conversations? Suggest the people to propose actions, build teams, meet
first time and start projects? Any other focus?

This time I'm part of the promotion team (a starting net of people concerned
with AUZOLANA, the word that defines old local ways of community work). Any
suggestion to better combine both roles?

Any clues from your experience?
