[OSList] How to prepare to be surprised?

Surprising question :)

and lot of surprising answers already. I liked the "be surprised to be
prepared" and I would translate it into "be surprised how well you are
(actually) prepared to OS meeting (in genelral sense)!"

And I'd like to ad one more - this (be prepared to be surprised) could be
read as memo for facilitator. There have probably been many OS meetings to
facilitate already. But there will be surprises ahead!

Be well,
