[OSList] How to prepare to be surprised?

I absolutely love  "Be prepared to be surprised"  stated at the end, almost
as an afterthought. For me, I've always seen it as an invitation to relax,
let go and have fun cause no matter how serious the situation and the
conversations, laughter inevitably bubbles over and people realize, it is
mighty fun to be in Open Space.
