[OSList] SF Bay area OS opportunity

Dear Jeff,

Please keep me in mind, I may be available. I heard about this conference
from one of my professors recently and it sounds like a lot of fun, but I
can't make it to the whole thing. Opening space for part of a day might be
just perfect. :)
