sounds like a pretty regular Open Space event, grand!

The conflicts you mention as being virulent in the community are one of
the prerequisites for the unfolding of selforganisation... without them
it might have been less productive and less magic!

I do hope you and all of us will be in many more os events like the one
you just had,
