[OSList] Looking for earliest reference to term [Holding the Space]

Doug -- It's still there. One of the continuing pillars of stability in this
changing world! And as near as I can figure out, "Space Holding" is an
ancient and honorable undertaking, dating back at least to the 1st Shamans.
What they called it, I don't know. But I am sure they never published...
