Hello Linda,

I'm not sure if you want to be connected with someone working with Art 
of Hosting - using also Open Space Technology - and living in Minnesota. 
As far as I understood, he does a lot of work with communities. His name 
is Jerry Nagel , if you Google him I guess you will find him.
