[OSList] About Facilitating OS Trainning

Although it might look to some like we're back on the ListServ - this is
only because Boise has been kind enough to do forwarding for us but who
knows how long the forwarding will last and it does make things confusing.
Please if possible refrain from using the old ListServ address or
replying to messages that use that email address. If you're going to
reply - try to change the To: field oslist at openspacetech.org.
