Hi Harold
It says "une petite pièce pour manger à la cantine svp"
which means : a small coin to eat at the cafeteria, please

the picture is the cover of a comic book (volume 3)
Open Space in France refers to an office of important volume and without any
boundary where many people work together. It became extraordinary famous and
unpopular since the launch of the book "l'Open Spcace m'a tuer" (
http://www.lopenspacematuer.com/) which is a biting critic of what some
people call anglo-saxon management.(and that could enclude OST, if misused
or misunderstood, I would say)
That's why I choose to refer OST as "Forum Ouvert", like Diane Gibeault
first tranlate it.
Christine
