OS and Videoblogging - an experiment with democratic empowement

Thank you for your info. It looks very interesting - yet a bit cloudy  
to me...

Please forgive me - I dont know much about programming.

Can you please explain more on how cloud camp could be relevant for  
our project as I described below?
