Hi Doug,

We intended to open the space at 1:45pm but the Arizona Town Hall
Fundraising Luncheon went overtime and then we waited for the ten
people who were literally stuck in an elevator, trying to get to us.
Whenever it starts.

Here's the design/timing
OPENING
2:00pm Open Space poem
2:05pm Open the Space
DIVERGENCE
2:45pm Breakout Session 1
3:30pm Breakout Session 2
CONVERGENCE
4:20pm Flash Reports
4:55pm Action Commitments
5:15pm Popcorn Reflections
5:20pm 6 word stories

15 sessions were posted with 12 reports. Out of the 150 participants,
30 of them posted their contact information to take the most exciting
ideas forward. Most everyone stayed for the convergence. The group
that Suzanne hosted lives on - an Arizonan has already organized the
next conversation for "Creating Community."

Thanks for asking, Doug.

Warm wishes from a brilliant fall afternoon in Phoenix,
