Open Space with seniors

Never had any particular problems with people over 55. If you give them full 1.5 hour sessions they will have plenty of time. I say take a full day and those that get tired can go he at lunch while everyone stays and tells stories.

Where I work, in indigenous communities, the Elders love the process the most. Followed closely by the youth. Maybe invite some youth along too to inspire the future.

Cheers

They want to have a one-day-event dealing with their future and their image. At the same time, my contact tells me that many of them like to tell stories from their earlier lives when they were still working, and most of them think that a whole day is too long for them. Some have also become a bit fatalist, not caring too much about the future anymore.
