The OT scheduled to London I have previously reffered was, for sure, after the year 2000, probably at, or after, 2004.

I was there.  It was 1987, to be precise.  Location was Ashridge, an hour or two from London as I recall, and the country manor that was the enforced home of Elizabeth I before she was declared reigning queen at the age of 25 or so.  It had been turned into into a modern-day conference center.  The event had a very New Age-y feel about it, and everyone was all abuzz about the Harmonic Convergence, which was taking place about the same week.
