John and Haiti - what can we do

I'm with you - have friends there, both Haitian and other. Got in touch with the national office of my church, which is going to send out an alert about the best way to support efforts on Haiti's behalf. The Haitian Consulate and Organization of American States might be other sources. Who does John work for in Haiti? that organization may have initiatives on the table.

This morning, reading about the earthquake in Haiti, I am thinking
about John. I don't know if anyone has heard from him, but I'd
appreciate any suggestions of what we can do in response to the need
of this country and her people.
