SV: SV: Any experiences of OS and demonstrations?

Best of luck with this Eva...and I second what people are saying about
opening space for all to participate.  People will either show up and
contribute or get frustrated that they can't command a podium and leave.
 Harrison's advice here is very important...open space FAST!  And then hold
it well and with intensity and see what the group does.

And to channel our friend Brian Bainbridge...be prepared to be surprised!
