Subject: [OSLIST] Open Space Shanghai: no difference between chinese and
non-chinese
Dear All,
On March 19th a group of 60 participants (40 chinese, 20 foreigners) were
very happy to have been introduced into Open Space. We had made compromise
in time for some keynote speaker, which resulted in only 2 breakaway
sessions.
Nevertheless it was fun, energizing and .... it will be continued.
The closing circle was great: a chinese woman said that she is usually shy,
but she had surprised her self for speaking out so freely.
I want thank the community for support and giving me the opportunity to do
this.

Be prepared, to be surprised
