Quite a good instrument that supports the use of Twitter for diverse group
discussions is TweetGrid (http://tweetgrid.com/). Here, you can open
multiple small windows in which you can define certain search strings along
hashtags or other keywords. Have a look at the TweetGrid we had for our RTVC
conference:

We also used it yesterday for a more formalized discussion on a 10 Tweet
lecture on change:

Probably also a good tool for a virtual World Cafe. So much to experiment with!
