Great story Jack - thanks for taking the time to share and re-tell....
I like what you did - innovative, courageous and adventurous  - and 
also retaining integrity of OST by renaming it as
Conversations for Co-Creation - using some of the core principles - 
while being clear that it wasn't OST!
In 60 mins people had the opportunity to self-organise for 
conversations that mattered to them - fantastic!
