Per your request, here¹s a few quotes from the Tao Te Ching that speak to
OST, letting go and one less thing:

³Therefore the Sage is devoted to non-action,
Moves without teaching,
Creates ten thousand things without instruction,
Lives but does not own,
Acts but does not presume,
Accomplishes without taking credit.

When no credit is taken,
Accomplishment endures.²

And 

³Accept the world as it is.
If you accept the world,
The Tao will be luminous inside of you
And you will return to your primal self.²
