Open Space- a group technology guide that opens the "Integral-I" (you-your
group) to an innovative, integral living throughout it's life in communities
and organizations.

With it's such great and peaceful simplicity, it gradually guides users to
the mysterious realm where one's world view and spiritualty- the most
powerful source of human behaviours- reside in an integral state- a dynamic
state of inner/outer peace achieved- Yin/Yang dances in harmony.(oh, gods
forbid!)

In a memory of the one vanished into Mystery, I've changed my favorite
phrase, AGAIN...

The jouney of my favorite phrase has been...

"Liberate the leader in each of us" to 'Let the Nature Work in Our Field' to
"Liberate the Nature in each of us"

Spirit/Virtue comes from human experience of the genuine Awe (head/heart)
evoked by the workings of Nature- Mystery, I think...

What phrase will be coming to me next is also a mystery and I might encount
it as it unfolds and reveals it's infinite faces...

The <"NatureWorks" and "Integral I"> Guide asked me announce my renunciation
of the trouble of describing who and what it is 'cause it has been/is/will
be there in every one searching for true heart and true head. Saying
"Adieu..." it disappeared into the domain of timeless and spaceless Mystery!

Lovingly,

Nature plays its self-organizing magics- integral leadership; integral
performance; integral peace; and above all, itegral presence of the all
three in a dynamic and harmless manner- in a field (an open space) where
natural urges of attraction and repulsion are being exercised according to
both one's heart and head.

"Integral I"- the Virtuos one- was total present and remained invisible
while all these were happening. And people proclaimed " WE (not I) made it!
The Baby (transformed situation/innovative solution) is born after all!"

Thus, it remains integral...

How glad to hear from you!

A wave rider is everywhere: and a possibility of transecending and
transforming one's mundane experience of everyday life is bounty for oneself
and the humanity.

The virtuous man (for me, the "Integral I" who has devoted his entire life
to show us "NatureWorks" virtuosly and mysteriously) will always be there
with us and the rst of humanity regardless of his seemingly immediate
unavailabity.

The invitation to an Open Space of continuing elaboration of Virtuous Nature
is my way of wave riding with him.

I pray for him, you and the rest of us...

Appreciatively,

SPark:

I tried to post in English but I can read the site parameters which are in
Korean. It looks great though. Certainly all systems are self-organizing
including our world economy.

Great idea.

"How wondrous are the workings of Nature!"

A proclamation made by the one who had been observing and wondering at the
works of Nature.

And the script was born describing the way Nature worked as had been
observed: The Way of Change.

The scripts of "Nature Works (NatureWorks)" were, reportedly, born some ten
thousand years ago out of a growing awareness of her/his observations that
Nature had been so great and successful in birthing and taking care of
everything, which existed in the domain observed and experience, in
self-organizing manner although it's father and mother are not known to her
or him. Presumably, a profound sense of the great Mystery struck and
captured the observer and urged her/him describe it on whatever was
available then.

NatureWorks project starts from a simple and humble acknowledge of this
observation and invite all brave hearts to revisit and collaborate with the
ancient one's deliberation of describing the wondrous experience, the
mystery, which might guide us on how to live our collective, integral life-
the changing reality- effectively and fully.

A courageous plunge into this journey (collaborative undertaking) of brave
hearts who try to live one's own life with a presence of integral being
(Integral-I), would require no small amount of courage, which would mean
putting aside one's own life-long beliefs, comfortable habits, and all
long-trusted known statements of truth of oneself and others.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------------------------

Anyone may join on this project and take part in weaving this tapestry by
TRYING ONE'S BEST TO DESCRIBE what we have been experiencing the
self-organizing nature of our REAL world.

This will be available for the time being under the title of <"NatureWorks"
and "Integral I"> on both Open Space listserve
(http://listserv.boisestate.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=oslist) and Bulletin board
(http://www.openspace.kr/oskorea/?mid=notice1&document_srl=26311) of Open
