Collective Leadership

Seems we are all constantly in collective leadership, condemned to it
as it where, and often doing anything we can to avoid this fate...lest
we see and are seen as our folly and our glory in it. I will have to
reflect more on this, but I sense from my experience so far, many of
our collective spaces formalized into organizations become easy places
to hide, rather then hone the leadership we carry, too often in our
shadow bag.

So to me, following your beautiful invitation Ashely, I come to this
circle to witness, and the act of witnessing now, is hosting myself
into that sense of responsibility that comes so easy when I hear the
calling to be with and of this circle we each are born into, call it
earth or humanity or...? no matter, its the act of seeing and
listening into meaningful and deep callings, like this question. That
is passion at the center of responsibility for sure. Riffing on this,
tonight I have no opinion, only song...ears and a keen sense of the
leadership in our collective shadow. I wonder if my question would nt
now be, "What is leadership have we keep in our collective shadow that
we now need to call into the center"....
