Indeed, you are right, Doug.
 
If the video is "embedded" it runs at the NING, but is placed somewhere else and occupies space were it is located and not at the NING.
 
And thank you for populating the NING with a lot of interesting material and even giving instructios to others to do the same ;-)

What is your understanding of "embedding" the videos, as I have done on
three of them? Does that transfer the whole video to the ning site and
use up that space at ning, or is it really a link only? I'm guessing it
is more like a link....
