The question below came to the Open Space Institute-US.  Does anyone have any suggestions/examples?

Are you familiar with the use of open space or other techniques / tools that are used for large scale intervention (> 50.000 employees) to share/communicate/change/implement Corporate Social Responsibility code of behaviour towards employees in countries with different culture's
