For myself, I do not belief in protecting ideas. I rather belief in 
progress through free availability of ideas. If you "steal" my idea and

I also think that it is only the know how about realizing and idea which 
may be worth stealing, or rather copying. Stealing does actually not 
describe the situation correctly because the idea is not taken away from 
its originator.
